Staff-and-boys-home-student The Fold Staff follow a biblical discipleship model. Each staff person takes a personal interest in the lives of families and teens, seeking to feed their understanding of value and hope. In addition to attending regularly scheduled counseling by staff trained to use the Exchanged Life or Grace Life model, teens live with home staff who are role models on a 24/7 basis during daily life. As teens experience life with staff, they also learn to understand themselves and the choices they are making. Helping them 'connect the dots' between choices and consequences is an important step in their growth process.

Since 1968 nearly a thousand at-risk teens have turned their lives in a new direction and distraught parents and fractured families have reconciled. Many parents have found The Fold to be the answer to their prayers as they proudly watched their children find hope and healing and move on to successful careers, marriages and lives within our communities.
