"Trials still came and will always come, but now I know how I should handle them. I saw the evidence that God was starting to clean up my life. One of the key verses for me, especially during these trials, has been James 1:2-4, because it talks about the fruit of the trials. It builds an unbreakable perseverance."

Work TeamDuring the spring, summer and fall months, The Fold hosts work teams from throughout the United States who join us to spend a weekend or a full week, working on maintenance, grounds and other special projects on our three campuses. While work teams contribute to practical needs around The Fold's three campuses, they also have a blast joining the Girls' Home and Boys' Home for dinners, nights of fellowship, worship and testimony sharing with staff and residents.

Talk to your Pastor, Youth Pastor or Small group leader about bringing a work team up to The Fold!

"Some of our group members had construction experience and mechanical expertise. Others of us were definitely unskilled laborers, but we all came ready to work. At the end of our weekend, we were proud of the many tasks we had been able to complete together...The highlight of our weekend was sharing a meal with some of these teens and hearing how their lives have been transformed. Our community group has been together for many years, but we agreed we have never felt closer or more blessed."
