Interview Process

We have a very thorough interview process for those applying for staff positions at The Fold.

  • Step 1: Fill out an application Download Application
  • Step 2: Brief phone interview
  • Step 3: Comprehensive phone interview
  • Step 4: An on site visit of typically 4-7 days gives prospective staff a chance to experience all aspects of the ministry, get to know staff and ask a lot of questions
  • Step 5: Notification of the Fold's decision
