FUNDING & STEWARDSHIP

Financial Policy

“And my God shall supply all your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus.” - Philippians 4:19

We believe that God is our Provider (Jehovah-Jireh). As a faith-based ministry, we seek to practice this reality by providing our services to teens and families regardless of their financial resources. As a matter of stewardship, we expect parents to sacrifice and work as hard as The Fold in providing for their child, but we also know that many families need additional help.

In order to fill the financial gap between actual costs and parental support, The Fold actively seeks individuals and churches to partner on behalf of teens and families with their support.

The Fold is tax exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Service Code. This exemption offers a number of ways individuals and corporations may experience tax benefits through donations. All qualifying gifts are provided a receipt for tax purposes.

The Fold is not subsidized or supported by insurance or government funds.

The Fold qualifies for “matching gift” programs through many businesses and corporations.

Some of the ways you may partner with The Fold:

  • First and foremost – Your Prayers.
  • Checks can be mailed directly to: The Fold Family Ministries, P O Box 1188, Lyndonville, VT 05851
  • You may donate electronically through Paypal or using electronic funds transfer. (Call to get the information needed for electronic fund transferring)
  • A gift to honor a special person or loved one as a Tribute.
  • A gift to honor a special person or loved one as a Memorial.

  • Sponsor special fundraising events to benefit The Fold such as a walk-a-thon, pancake breakfast, concert, auction, yard sale, to name a few.

The Fold’s Commitment to Stewardship Before The Lord

"Pray for us, for we are sure that we have a good conscience, desiring to conduct ourselves honorably in all things." Hebrews 13:18. The Fold views all gifts as entrusted to us by the Lord. Therefore, as stewards of these resources, The Fold pledges its supporters:

  • To use each gift wisely on behalf of reaching young people and their families for Christ.
  • To be accountable. The Fold is audited annually by an independent professionally licensed auditing firm and financial statements are available upon request.
  • We will seek to communicate our needs clearly for your prayerful consideration but with no obligation or pressure for you to give.
  • We invite your gift only as you feel led by God to do so.
