OUR STAFF
Troubled teens need lots of personal hands on counseling and guidance ! That's why staff outnumbers students at The Fold, and we are so proud of our dedicated staff who seek to serve God by serving our students guided by Colossians 3:23 ("Whatever your work, do it heartily as to the Lord").
Classes in our school are small with a student to teacher ratio of 4 to 1. Dormitories are staffed by young married Christian houseparents as well as resident instructors who each serve as mentors, friends, encouragers, and role models. Our resident instructors are just a few years older than our students but they are mature Christians and solid role models who are with our students almost constantly. Students follow a personalized growth and learning plan while keeping active journals of their thoughts, hopes and fears which they review each week with their counselors.
Our ongoing staff training program assures that all staff learn and practice the principles of Christ-centered counseling, childcare, encouragement and Christian fellowship.
